2. Without professional training, unfamiliarity with the water environment can lead to nervousness and rapid breathing, quickly depleting the mask\'s air supply. Insufficient air intake can cause some users to feel breathless or even dizzy. If you experience difficulty breathing or dizziness, immediately remove the mask by releasing the side buckles while wearing a life jacket and breathe.
